AVOCADO CHOCOLATE MOUSSE

This Avocado Chocolate Mousse is a decadent yet healthy dessert that only takes 5 minutes to make in the blender. It’s an easy recipe that’s also gluten free, paleo and vegetarian.

- avocados - chocolate chips - cocoa powder - milk - vanilla extract - honey - cinnamon - chili powder - sea salt 

Ingredients Needed

Enjoy as a pudding or cover and refrigerate for 2 hours to achieve a thicker and creamier mousse texture!

*Quick Tip!*

Place the chocolate chips in microwave safe bowl.  Microwave in 30 second increments, stirring between each.

Scoop the avocado flesh into a blender with the melted chocolate, cocoa powder, milk, vanilla extract, salt, chili powder, and ground cinnamon. Blend until smooth.

Scoop mousse into two 8-ounce glasses or 4 small bowls. Enjoy immediately as a pudding or cover and refrigerate for 2 hours to achieve a thicker and creamier mousse texture.

Serve with whipped cream, sliced strawberries, cinnamon, and enjoy!
