Ready in less than 30 minutes, these burritos are great for making ahead, meal prep, and even freezing for later. Bean and cheese burritos are an absolute classic.

- refried beans - shredded cheese - flour tortillas - chunky salsa - diced onions - garlic powder - paprika - salt - pepper
I used a mixture of 1/2 shredded cheddar and 1/2 Monterey jack.

Spread 1/4 cup of shredded cheese in the middle of the tortilla. Then spread 1/2 cup of the refried bean mixture on top of the cheese.

Fold the bottom edge of the tortilla up and over the filling, fold in the sides, and finish by rolling the tortilla up.

Bake in the oven for 12 minutes, until the cheese has just melted. Top with desired toppings and enjoy!
