You can use any color of bell peppers and any type of onion.

Cook the peppers and onions in a large skillet for 13-15 minutes. Transfer everything to a bowl, cover it to keep it warm, and set aside.

Add the seasoned shrimp to the same hot skillet and cook for 5 minutes. Then add the peppers and onions back into the skillet with the shrimp.

Toss everything with a little lime juice, chopped cilantro, and serve!
