Skinny Margarita Recipe
This Skinny Margarita recipe uses fresh lime juice, orange juice, tequila, and agave nectar for a refreshing, low-calorie cocktail!

Ingredients
For one skinny margarita
kosher salt
1
lime,
cut into wedges
ice cubes
1 ½
ounces
fresh lime juice
(about the juice from 1 ½ limes, or 3 tablespoons)

ounce
fresh orange juice
(about the juice of ½ medium orange, or 2 tablespoons)
1
ounce
silver tequila
(about 2 tablespoons)
1
teaspoon
agave nectar
For a pitcher of skinny margaritas (5 drinks)
kosher salt
1
lime,
cut into wedges
ice cubes

cup + 3 tablespoons
fresh lime juice
(about the juice from 7 ½ limes)

cup
fresh orange juice
(about the juice of 2 ½ medium oranges)
⅔
cup
silver tequila

tablespoon + 2 teaspoons
agave nectar
Instructions
Pour kosher salt on a small plate. Run a lime wedge around the rim of a 8-ounce glass and dip in salt. Fill the glass with ice.
In a cocktail shaker (or pitcher), add lime juice, orange juice, tequila and agave nectar. Shake or stir to combine.
Pour skinny margarita into prepared glass and garnish with a lime and orange wedge.
Notes
Silver/blanco tequilas I recommend
: Espolòn Blanco, Olmeca Altos, Casa Noble Crystal, Patron Silver, Casamigos Blanco.
Substitute for agave nectar
: Simple syrup or honey.
